The Custom Staging Plan includes a 1.5 hour on-site property assessment photographing it’s current state using our detailed check list. Subsequently, the Custom Staging Plan will be sent within 48 hrs outlining suggestions to make your home market ready.

The Edit is a 4 hour in-home de-cluttering and organization of key areas addressed in the Staging Plan. Packaging and storing selected items providing easier flow and greater square footage during the beginning of the staging process.

The Re-set is a cost effective option happily repurposing your current personal possessions and furnishings listed in the Staging Plan. This 4-6 hour on-site option provides visual editing, re-organizing of your accessories, replacement of your wall decor, and re-arranging of furniture.

The Soft Stage 6-8 hour in-home option utilizes the best of your possessions while adding custom curated items from all of our rental inventory categories including soft goods, hard goods, art work & rugs. This option makes your property photo ready to hit the market.
