The Soft Stage 6-8 hour in-home option utilizes the best of your possessions while adding custom curated items from all of our rental inventory categories including soft goods, hard goods, art work & rugs. This option makes your property photo ready to hit the market.
The Soft Stage includes a limited amount of curated rental goods for a 2 week period following the service visit. These items are chosen to further enhance your home for greater market appeal. Further extension of your curated rental items can be purchased(minimum two week increments) 48 hours prior to the end of the initial term. Further services can be added to continue your preparations. The Edit, The Re-Set & The Soft Stage will be discounted 7 percent, 10 percent or 12 percent subsequently to purchase of any following the In-Home Consultation. Add one service and receive a 7 percent discount on that service. Add two services and receive a 10 percent combined total service discount. Add all 3 additional services and save 12 percent of the purchase. All discounts will be applied on the day final service/s. Note: discounts will be sent by form of refund if purchased by credit card or email money transfer.
